Podcast #294 – Recruiting Temporary Talent for a Variety of Industries

Description:

In this episode I speak to Susan Molke, National Recruiting Director in the Interim Resources Division at StevenDouglas. I met Susan at an Encore Palm Beach County virtual event. Susan focuses on hiring temporary workers across the country. I would like to introduce you again to the concept of working as a temporary worker for 3-6 months.

I’ve already made episodes on this topic twice.

Episode 221 – Partial and Interim Executive Roles with Patina Solutions’ Mike Harris and Episode 228 – Exploring the On-Demand Executive Marketplace with Matt Blumberg

This is yet another twist than a national recruitment firm.

Let me read from Susan Molke’s biography from her webpage on the StevenDouglas website.

Susan Molke is National Recruiting Director in StevenDouglas’ Interim Resources Division and brings over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources and human capital strategy. Susan has worked on both the agency and client sides of the business, employing thousands of people in her practice. Crossing industries, she has completed successful internships in a variety of industries including advertising, marketing and media, software and technology, consulting, retail, supply chain and logistics, fintech and higher education.

Susan is known for her passion for transforming cultures, optimizing overall talent, and building effective systems and practices. She is known as a trusted partner and key collaborator to those with whom she has worked on recruitment solutions. Susan has a national network to support her with her wide reach and ability to place more specialized candidates both locally and remotely. She prioritizes the delivery of key business resources to her clients while ensuring her candidates are the best fit to create a positive impact for everyone involved.

Susan is deeply involved in philanthropy, investing her time in organizations such as Encore Palm Beach County, which connects people over 50 with jobs and opportunities, Mission United Way as a career coach for veterans, and donating to The Salvation Army and The Susan G. Komen Foundation .
